Easy lunch wraps with dairy-free fillings and simple seasoning, perfect for quick lunches or packed lunches.
Ingredients
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the egg-free mayonnaise with the lemon juice.
- Lay out the wraps and spread a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture onto each one.
- Add the shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced tomatoes, and cooked chicken.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll the wraps up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve straight away, or wrap and chill until needed.
Notes
- Use gluten-free wraps if needed for your dietary requirements.
- Grated carrot or sliced avocado also work well in these wraps.
- These are best made fresh, but can be prepared a little ahead of time and kept chilled.
