Dairy-Free Egg-Free Ice Lollies

Fruity homemade ice lollies that are easy for children and perfect for warm-weather snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 100 g dairy-free yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Add the strawberries, bananas, apple juice, dairy-free yoghurt, maple syrup or honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into lolly moulds.
  4. Insert the sticks and place in the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. To remove, run the moulds briefly under warm water for a few seconds before easing the lollies out.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for the best flavour and natural sweetness.
  • You can swap the strawberries for raspberries, mango, or blueberries if preferred.
  • Make sure the dairy-free yoghurt and juice are suitable for your own allergy or dietary needs.
