Method
- Add the strawberries, bananas, apple juice, dairy-free yoghurt, maple syrup or honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into lolly moulds.
- Insert the sticks and place in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- To remove, run the moulds briefly under warm water for a few seconds before easing the lollies out.
Notes
- Use ripe fruit for the best flavour and natural sweetness.
- You can swap the strawberries for raspberries, mango, or blueberries if preferred.
- Make sure the dairy-free yoghurt and juice are suitable for your own allergy or dietary needs.
