Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Add the oats, chopped apples, cinnamon, and baking powder to a large bowl and stir together.
- Pour in the dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top and set in the middle.
- Leave to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed for your dietary requirements.
- Serve warm on its own or with dairy-free yogurt and extra fruit.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated the next day.
