Dairy-Free Egg-Free Apple and Cinnamon Baked Oats

A warm, comforting breakfast made with oats, apple, and cinnamon. Simple to prepare and naturally sweet, these baked oats are perfect for an easy make-ahead breakfast or cosy morning treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Gluten-free oats
  • 2 apples peeled and chopped
  • 400 ml dairy-free milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Add the oats, chopped apples, cinnamon, and baking powder to a large bowl and stir together.
  3. Pour in the dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top and set in the middle.
  6. Leave to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free oats if needed for your dietary requirements.
  • Serve warm on its own or with dairy-free yogurt and extra fruit.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated the next day.
