Add the mashed bananas to a large bowl.
Pour in the dairy-free milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil, then mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk everything together until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Spoon small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with fruit, maple syrup, or any suitable toppings.
