Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the self-raising flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dairy-free yoghurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 12 even pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and place on the prepared tray.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix the olive oil, crushed garlic, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
As soon as the dough balls come out of the oven, brush them with the garlic oil mixture.
Serve warm.
