Dairy-Free Hummus and Veg Pinwheels
Easy lunchbox or picnic pinwheels made with hummus and crunchy vegetables, perfect for a simple lunch or snack.
Ingredients
Method
- Lay the wraps out flat on a board or clean work surface.
- Spread the hummus evenly over both wraps.
- Scatter the grated carrot, cucumber, red pepper, and shredded lettuce over the hummus.
- Roll each wrap up tightly.
- Slice each wrap into small rounds to make pinwheels.
- Serve straight away, or chill until needed.
Notes
- These work well in lunchboxes, picnic boxes, or as an easy snack.
