- Add the gluten-free oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon to a large bowl and stir together.
- Pour in the maple syrup and melted dairy-free butter, then mix until everything is well coated.
- Stir in the raisins or dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden around the edges.
- Leave to cool completely in the tin before slicing into bars.
