Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Lasagne
This Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Lasagne is a rich, comforting meal made without compromising on flavour. Layers of savoury mince in a tomato and herb sauce, gluten-free lasagne sheets, and a creamy dairy-free béchamel make this a family-friendly classic.

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and gently soften the onion and garlic.
- Add the beef mince and cook until browned through. For a vegetarian version, stir in the lentils instead.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, and oregano, then simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add a layer of the mince mixture to the bottom of an ovenproof dish, followed by a layer of gluten-free lasagne sheets and a layer of dairy-free béchamel.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with béchamel on top.
- Sprinkle over the dairy-free grated cheese.
- Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
